She finds long-lost wedding ring in her dog's puke

A woman found the wedding ring she lost five years ago in a most startling way.

Her dog, Tucker, ​got sick eating a Popsicle, including the stick, and threw up the ring two days later, reported US media.

“I look in the paper towel and here is my wedding ring,” Tucker’s owner, Lois Matykowski, told WTVR.

“I kid you not. My wedding ring was in Tucker’s puke.”

The 10-year-old Rottweiler mix adopted from the Wisconsin Humane Society, is known as the “food burglar” in the house for grabbing food items, reported ABC News.

“I was devastated,” Ms Matykowski​ recalled on losing the ring.

“How do you replace something like that? Not only the value of the ring but just the emotional ties too.”

Her veterinarian said it was likely the Popsicle stick dislodged the ring inside Tucker’s stomach.
