Appeal for information on next-of-kin of S'porean who died in JB

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is appealing for information on the next-of-kin of Mr Hoo Tow Meng.
The 52-year-old man died in Johor Baru on April 3.
He was born on Oct 3, 1962.
