MFA appealing for next-of-kin for S'porean who died in the Netherlands

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) is looking for the next of kin of a Singaporean who died overseas.
Mr Teng Seh Cheang, 51, died in his home in The Hague in the Netherlands on Aug 4.
He was born on Dec 22, 1963.
MFA tried contacting his next of kin but was unsuccessful.
