Motorcyclist Loh Lim Ken, 25, died after the bike came into contact with a suburban utility vehicle (SUV).
He was propelled under a truck and pronounced dead at the scene.
Both the truck driver, 50, and the woman driver, 43, of the SUV were arrested a police spokesman said.
The accident happened at around 4.30pm on Monday (Sept 21) at the Pan Island Expressway towards Changi near the Central Expressway exit.
A video of the accident was posted on YouTube and the Singapore Reckless Drivers Facebook page yesterday (Sept 23).
Police are investigating.
