Relief teacher, 76, charged with kissing student, eight
A 76-year-old man was today (July 8) charged with intending to outrage the modesty of an eight-year-old girl.
Bok Tin Fok faces two charges.
The incidents allegedly happened in a school in the North-Eastern part of Singapore.
In 2013, during school hours, Bok allegedly kissed the girl on her lips along a corridor outside the school hall.
In 2014, he allegedly kissed her again outside the school library. By then, the girl had turned nine.
Bok has been released on $10,000 bail and is represented by lawyer Edmund Pereira.
He will next appear before the court on Aug 3.
