Sabah quake: Bodies of 5 students, 1 teacher identified

The bodies of five students and one teacher from Tanjong Katong Primary School have been identified by next-of-kin. 

They are:
1.      Ameer Ryyan bin Mohd Adeed Sanjay
2.      Emilie Giovanna Ramu 
3.      Loo Jian Liang Terrence Sebastian (Teacher)
4.      Matahom Karyl Mitzi Higuit 
5.      Rachel Ho Yann Shiuan 
6.      Sonia Jhala 

Singaporean Muhammad Daanish bin Amran, an adventure guide who was accompanying the students, has also been identified.

The search continues for one remaining student, Navdeep Singh Jaryal S/O Raj Kumar, and one teacher Mohammad Ghazi Bin Mohamed.

Meanwhile, two boys have been brought home to Singapore after being evacuated from Sabah. 

Minister for Education Heng Swee Keat said in a Facebook post on Sunday morning (June 7) that the boys had told their parents that their teachers had shielded them from falling boulders during the earthquake.
