Flash floods in parts of Singapore

Heavy rain caused flash floods in some parts of Singapore yesterday evening. Vehicles were seen driving through water at the junction of Stamford Road and Victoria Street around 7.30pm. Water agency PUB sentalerts on Twitter of high-flood risks in such areas as Exeter Road and Somerset Road, and Tanjong Pagar Road and Craig Road.
