This helmet sends the right signals

A smart bicycle helmet that was the brainchild of Singaporean Eu-wen Ding has won a prestigious international design award in a competition organised by The Design Museum in London.
The helmet is studded with LEDs that light up when a cyclist brakes or activates turn signals through a wireless remote mounted on the handlebar.
