Train enthusiast Isaac D'Souza, 19, showing Transport Minister Khaw Boon Wan his "huge collection of trains, complete with railway networks and nine running train tracks" in his Sembawang home. Mr Khaw said on Facebook yesterday that he had visited the "train city" built by Mr D'Souza.
