Many Singaporeans have trouble sleeping, says a survey commissioned by Courts Singapore. The furniture, electronics and IT retailer released the findings of the survey on sleep habits in conjunction with the launch of YourBedding, Courts' new bedding concept store. The survey by global research firm 2CV was conducted on 1,002 men and women aged 20 to 59
82% get less than the recommended eight hours of sleep
64% have trouble sleeping - taking too long to doze off, interrupted or restless sleep
36% nap in public transport
