Sometimes supplements can harm

Before you pop any vitamin pills or supplements, check that they are not harmful to any condition that you may have.

Here are some conditions where a specific vitamin or supplement may be harmful.

VITAMIN A

Do not take if you are pregnant or likely to be pregnant, or if you have osteoporosis or liver disease.
