Teacher strip-searches students over missing $10.70

A teacher at a government school in Punjab, India, allegedly strip-searched 13 female students after Rs500 (S$10.70) went missing from her purse, reported Malaysia Nanban.
The secondary school students said Ms Harjith Kaur made them stand in a straight line and forced them to remove their uniforms when searching for the missing cash.
The students' parents complained to the police about the teacher’s improper behaviour.
Police are now looking for the teacher, who has gone into hiding.
