WATCH: Officers in plainclothes smash taxi's windows to arrest driver
The taxi stopped along Serangoon Road on Monday (March 16) morning.
But it was not because any passenger had flagged him down.
Instead, the cab was sandwiched between two cars and several motorcycles.
The New Paper reader Alvin Zhang, who was travelling behind the taxi, sent us the video from his in-vehicle camera, which captured the arrest of the 48-year-old taxi driver.
While the video is five minutes long, the action starts around the 1 min mark until around 2:45.
Mr Zhang said two officers in plainclothes got off their motorcycles and smashed the two front windows of the cab.
