WHAT HAPPENED THAT MORNING
Mr Koka Nageswara Rao arrives at Changi Airport after two weeks in India.
He boards a taxi for his home at Compassvale Street.
He alights from the taxi.
Between 5.39am and 5.42am:
He reaches his second-storey flat's front door, does a ritual before going in, hears a thud, looks down and sees the body of his wife, Madam Koka Sujana.
A panting and weeping Mr Koka makes a police report over the phone.
Police officers find Mr Koka crying at the first-storey staircase. He leads them into his home, where they find that his older daughter is also dead. They find his younger daughter, three, who had just woken up..
The seven-year-old girl is pronounced dead by paramedics. Meanwhile, Mr Koka's younger daughter, who started vomiting after being fed milk, is taken to KK Women's and Children's Hospital.
