Victim or disgruntled liar?
This male personal assistant, who also used to be house manager for Robbie Williams and wife Ayda Field, has come out guns ablazing in his accusations against the celebrity couple.
On Wednesday (May 13), entertainment website TMZ reported that he had sued the British singer and his Turkish-American actress-wife for sexual harassment.
The celebrity couple were married in 2010 and have two children.
Mr De Bonfilhs has notedly only named Williams, 41, as a defendant in his lawsuit.
There were no sexual allegations made against Williams, but he is being accused of not having prevented his wife's alleged indecent behaviour.
Mr De Bonfilhs, who was fired in January for serious misconduct, claimed that Mrs Williams, 35, had walked around in his presence half-naked.
She had allegedly asked him about his sex life while she shared details about hers.
She had also allegedly asked him to comment on her body.
Williams and his wife have since denied the sexual harassment claims.
Williams' spokesman said: "The claims being made by a disgruntled former employee, after he was sacked for serious misconduct, are entirely without substance.
"Any proceedings will be strenuously defended. There will be no further comment on the matter as it is in the hands of the lawyers."
In the legal papers filed in LA, as witnessed by the Sun newspaper, Mr De Bonfilhs has asked for financial damages from the couple after he was fired in January just three months into his job.
He is also suing for alleged discrimination, breach of employment contract, fraud and record-keeping violations, as he claimed that the couple had guaranteed his job would last six months.
