4 charged with kidnap

Two men, Low Sing Hwa, 29, and Tham Hock Ann, 36, were charged with kidnapping Tunas Manja Group director Chin Yoke Choon, 53, on Dec 26 last year for a RM19 million (S$6 million) ransom. Two other men were linked to the case.
