North Korea claimed yesterday it had successfully tested a hydrogen bomb that could be loaded into an intercontinental ballistic missile. It came hours after an artificial 6.3-magnitude earthquake was detected near its Punggye-ri nuclear test site. The nuclear test, ordered by leader Kim Jong Un, sparked worldwide condemnation.
