2-year-old steals thunder from NBA MVP
NBA Most Valuable Player Stephen Curry might have held court as the Golden State Warriors won Game 1 of the Western Conference Finals on Wednesday (May 20), but it was his two-year-old daughter Riley who stole the thunder at the post-game press conference.
Little Riley couldn’t sit still as Curry fielded questions from the media, after top-scoring with 34 points during their 110-106 win over the Houston Rockets.
Riley waved and smiled at the audience, drawing attention away from her father’s replies.
Then, she disappeared from view and reemerged from under the table cloth.
At one point, she remarked, “You’re too loud, Dad, be quiet”, prompting laughter from the media and stunning Curry into momentary silence.
