Beasley and Happy Money team up for 7 wins

Jockey Danny Beasley called HAPPY MONEY a great little horse, after the Alwin Tan-trained gelding scored a last-stride nose win over the Theo Kieser-trained Goal Keeper in the RDA Cup in Race 9 yesterday.

"He's been a great little horse to me, I've now won seven races on him, and it's a great effort by Alwin and the team," said the Australian, who is returning home after next weekend.

"It's pretty special because this horse has given me a great ride."

Did he think he won?

"Didn't know, and it was like you've got Goal Keeper on the outside of me, and Theo and Goal Keeper have been great for me too over my time here. I intend to win, but I would have been gracious if Goal Keeper had won because he has been great to me too.

"A big thank you to the Singapore Turf Club and all the owners and trainers who have supported me over the years. It's going to be a sad day next weekend but I'm thankful for my time here."
