He may be a talented footballer, but when it comes to reputation, Ashley Cole could really do better.
The former England left-back burnt bridges with boyhood club Arsenal when he left for London rivals Chelsea after a wage dispute.
He got even more haters over his philandering ways while married to the nation's pop sweetheart Cheryl.
Now, a photo of the 33-year-old standing awkwardly away from his new teammates at AS Roma is making the rounds on the Internet.
While it's not known if the photo is authentic or altered, it hasn't stopped the Internet from laughing at Cole.
Being among the first to post the photo, serial mischief-makers Paddy Power also got in on the photoshopping fun early.
It didn't take long before Manchester United fan forum Red Cafe got in on the act too.
Not the best way to bed in at a new club in a foreign environment.
Unfortunately for Cole, more images are popping up by the minute.
At least he'll be able to have a laugh with his new teammates over the photos - if his ego allows it.
