This time, it's none other than Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho.
Responding to challenges from Didier Drogba and Lebo Mohuba, the Special One let out one heck of a roar as he was soaked through with a cooler box of icy water, which you can hear for yourself in the video above.
Prior to becoming the Frozen One, Mourinho put up his daughter Matilde as well as his friends Bryan Adams and James McAvoy for a bone-chilling drench.
