S'porean might be key in determining Suarez's fate
A Singaporean could hold the key to determining the fate of serial biter Luis Suarez.
Football Association of Singapore vice-president Lim Kia Tong is the deputy chairman of Fifa's disciplinary committee and is believed to be in Brazil for the World Cup.
Lim assumed the role last year during a Fifa congress in Mauritius and has been a member of the 20-man committee since 2011.
Suarez was charged by Fifa for allegedly biting Italy defener Giorgio Chiellini on the shoulder during their World Cup match on Wednesday morning (Singapore time).
