Three more years! New contract will keep Wenger at Arsenal till 2017
Arsene Wenger has signed a new three-year contract with Arsenal.
Currently the English Premier League's longest-serving manager, the 64-year-old Frenchman's new deal will see him manage the Gunners till 2017.
Since joining Arsenal nearly 18 years ago from J-League side Nagoya Grampus Eight, he has guided the North London outfit to three EPL titles and five FA Cups.
The 64-year-old's most recent triumph came earlier this month when he ended Arsenal's nine-year trophy drought by beating Hull 3-2 at Wembley to win the FA Cup.
Having nurtured numerous world class stars like Thierry Henry, Patrick Vieira and Cesc Fabregas over the years, Wenger was also responsible for assembling the famous Invincibles side that went unbeaten for 49 matches and captured the 2003/04 EPL title in the process.
