This is what happens when you over-celebrate a goal...
Goal celebrations might be part and parcel of football, but never let it be an overkill.
Just ask Slovakian Super League side Spartak Myjava.
It all began with Peter Sladek opening the scoring against Podbrezova on the half-hour mark.
While it was a decent strike, the whole team decided for some strange reason to file up and flock to the bench, like geese in formation, to celebrate.
But all that back-slapping around the technical area proved too much for the referee, who decided to restart when he felt enough was enough - even though Myjava's players weren't back in position yet.
This allowed Podbrezova's Pablo Podio to have a free run at the Myjava goalkeeper, who was left stranded as his shocked teammates scrambled back to defend their goal.
It was futile of course.
Naturally, Myjava's players were furious as they made their feelings known to the referee.
At least they had something to celebrate later in the second-half when Sladek completed his brace for a win one minute into stoppage time.
Moral of the story? Make your goal celebrations short and sweet - don't milk it.
