Manchester United fans react to the spectacular loss
It's always fun to watch fans of of big teams lose a match and Manchester United's spectacular collapse at the hands of Leicester City in Sunday's (Sept 21) game was no different.
Newly-promoted side Leicester City looked as if they were on the way to a loss.
Down by two goals at the 57-minute mark, things looked dire - especially with Manchester new boy Angel Di Maria pulling the strings in midfield.
He even managed to get fans purring after scoring from a ridiculous chip in the 16th minute.
Unfortunately for them, their joy was short-lived: The Foxes (Leicester City's nickname) staged a legendary comeback to humiliate their much-fancied opponents.
It all started with them blaming referee Mark Clattenburg for giving a penalty.
It got nasty when Liverpool star Mario Balotelli mocked United's fortunes on Twitter.
He received racist abuse and the police are now investigating.
Even our colleagues from the Straits Times sports desk were not spared as they too received some- "colourful criticisms"- for their tweet last night.

As the dust settled though, fans everywhere seem to agree that United have nobody to blame but themselves as their defending was absolutely non-existent.
Well fans, Manchester United's next game will be against West Ham on Sept 27, so hopefully there will be an improved performance in the defence department.
