Mancini wants Yaya at Inter

Inter Milan coach Roberto Mancini has expressed interest in Manchester City star Yaya Toure.

The former City manager is a big admirer of the Ivory Coast midfielder (above), whom he believes will improve his squad.

"Yaya is one of the strongest players in the world," Mancini said. "We are building a team. There are players that change the look of a team, and Yaya is one of them."

Toure, who is sorely missed by City, was taken off injured in yesterday morning's 1-0 win over Cameroon, which confirmed their place in the African Nations Cup quarter-finals. - Wire Services.
