Schuerrle could go
as Blues eye Cuadrado

Chelsea have reportedly agreed to let Andre Schuerrle leave Stamford Bridge, which will allow them to fund a move for Colombian forward Juan Cuadrado.

The Daily Mail reported that the development gathered pace yesterday as Chelsea prepare to bid for the Fiorentina star (above), who has a £26.8 million ($54.8m) buy-out clause.

The Blues have asked for more than £30m for Schuerrle, who has attracted interest from Wolfsburg and Borussia Dortmund.

Both Cuadrado and Shakhtar Donetsk's Douglas Costa have been at the top of Chelsea's scouting list, but Costa is cup-tied for the Champions League. - Wire Services.
