Terrorist? No, that's Roma midfielder Radja Nainggolan

Belgian midfielder Radja Nainggolan was suspected of being a terrorist in his hometown after Belgium's game against Spain was called off following the terror attacks in Paris.

Nainggolan was relaxing on Wednesday with his family at the Radisson Blu Astrid Hotel in Antwerp when the Roma man was met by three policeman who had been called by hotel guests suspecting him of being a terrorist.

It seems that Nainggolan, who has played 17 times for Belgium, is not yet a household name in Antwerp, with guests said to be alarmed by Nainggolan’s cap and tattoos.

The 27-year-old was understandably bemused by their presence but once the episode was resolved he was happy to pose for photographs with the officers.
