But in Hougang, it’s different.

THE by-election campaign is now past the halfway mark and there is no let up in the fight for Hougang.
Yesterday, PAP’s candidate Desmond Choo (above) responded to Workers’ Party chief Low Thia Khiang’s claims.

It will be a straight fight between the Workers’ Party’s (WP) Mr Png Eng Huat and the People's Action Party's (PAP) Mr Desmond Choo in the battle for Hougang.
