One shop along Lorong 27, Geylang, is helping dog lovers prepare for their afterlife.

Incense shop It Tian Heong has been catering to people who mark Qing Ming -- it falls on April 4 this year-- for the past 50 years.

THE dog was dragged by a rope around its neck, carried by its hind legs and finally put into a van.

It was one of two strays caught by the Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority of Singapore officers on Tuesday.
