THE dog was dragged by a rope around its neck, carried by its hind legs and finally put into a van.

It was one of two strays caught by the Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority of Singapore officers on Tuesday.

EVERY day for 1 1/2 years, Mr Koh Mong Hai, 52, would sound his car horn to let his dog know that it was breakfast time.

WALK YOUR dog within the designated areas or get a ticking off if they stray too near a building or garden area.
