IT WAS his last rally at Potong Pasir this elections.

After talking the talk, Chiam See Tong walked the walk.

And as the 76-year-old politician began the 600m walk from the rally site to his town council office, 300 of his supporters joined in to send him off.

Mr Baey Yam Keng was in a meeting when he received a message.

Education Minister Ng Eng Hen was trying to reach him. Urgently.

He was to be moved from Tanjong Pagar to Tampines GRC.
