For at least three years, a neighbour’s noisy alarm clock has had housewife Madam Liew, 36, at her wits’ end.

The clock of the neighbour on the fifth storey, who is known only as Mr Chan, sounds for several hours daily.

He has been having a running feud with his neighbour who lives a floor below him for more than a year.

FOR the past five years, his next-door neighbour has been banging on his wall with such force that other neighbours say the wall "vibrates".
