Week #28 winner: Zeng Liwei

Starting National Day 2011, local photography enthusiasts will get a chance to win $500 a week, every week for a year, doing what they love – framing life in Singapore through their lens. To celebrate local photography, the Ministry of Information, Communications and the Arts (MICA) is partnering The New Paper to roll out The Big Picture. Contest themes will change fortnightly and photographers are invited to submit weekly entries in this unique contest that will run for a year.
