Well, sort of.
In the latest Barack's Dubs video, US president Barack Obama is "reciting" the lyrics of hit single Fancy by rapper Iggy Azalea, though, of course, in his usual, sombre manner.
Barack's Dubs are a series of videos in which parts of the president's speeches are cut together and set to the tune of pop songs.
