The last time the two Knowles sisters were together at a party, things turned ugly.

Last month, video footage of Solange Knowles violently attacking her brother-in-law Jay Z in an elevator while her sister, Beyonce, stood by and watched was leaked online.

They were on their way to the Met Gala event in New York when the incident happened.

The sisters have since made their first appearance together.

Mail Online reported that Solange, 27, seemed to be on her best behaviour at the Chime For Change first anniversary event in New York on Tuesday where she turned up with her big sister, Queen Bey.

But Jay Z was nowhere to to be seen.

So, is everything really okay?

Perhaps it pays to keep the fans guessing.

Soon after last month's incident, the family members released a joint statement saying that they had apologised to each other and had put the incident behind them.
