Bill Murray crashes a bachelor party and gives an awesome speech
Who needs a stripper at a bachelor party when you have Bill Murray?
A group of about 20 men were celebrating their buddy EJ's bachelor party when one of them spotted Bill Murray at the steakhouse they were dining at.
One of them gathered the courage to ask Murray say a few words for the groom but he politely said "No thanks".
Then, two minutes later, Mr Ghostbusters himself walks into the room and gives some advice.
Murray said: If you have someone that you think is 'The One', don't just sort of think in your ordinary mind, 'Okay, let's pick a date. Let's plan this and make a party and get married.' Take that person and travel around the world. Buy a plane ticket for the two of you to travel all around the world, and go to places that are hard to go to and hard to get out of. And if when you come back to JFK (JFK Airport in New York), when you land in JFK and you're still in love with that person, get married at the airport.
I'm certainly going to live by Bill Murray's words for sure.
Murray has been known to just turn up and randomly crash strangers' parties.
Here are some notable examples:
1. Bill Murray sings karaoke with complete strangers
A group of friends went out to a karaoke bar in New York City when they spotted Bill Murray with a couple of women.
They then invited him into their karaoke room.
Of course, Bill Murray then knocks on their door 15 minutes later and even sang an Elvis Song.
2. Bill Murray bartending in Austin
He showed up at a bar at the 2010 SXSW festival and insists on bartending. But he only served patrons tequila shots no matter what they ordered.
Not a very good bartender, but hey, he's Bill Murray so he has an excuse.
3. Bill Murray gets Lost in Translation
LIfe imitates art when Bill Murray meets a 22-year-old Norwegian girl in Scotland and then attends a house party with her.
Apparently, he even started cleaning dishes as there weren't enough cups to go around.
Moral of the story? If you see Bill Murray around, always invite him to a party.
