Branson strips for mum's 90th birthday

We love Richard Branson's humour.

"When my grandmother suggested the family dress smartly and wear bow ties for her 90th birthday, all of her nephews, nieces and grandchildren turned up in bow ties and nothing else!" he said on his website

"Thankfully, she saw the funny side of it," he said

Ever since then, he says it has been a fun family tradition that whenever the Branson family have to wear bow ties, they end up with bow ties on but nothing else!

He decided to do the same for his mother's 90th birthday recently on Necker Island, his paradise island in the British Virgin Islands.

"After some comical choreography practice, we were ready to go. We got up on the table in our ties, and soon had nothing on but our tails," he says

He even tweeted the picture and the video with this message: "Above is a short version of our Full Monty impression – what do you think of our moves? Disclaimer: we accept no responsibility for the acute eye pain you may experience whilst viewing this video."

Here's mum enjoying the show:

Then the bonus was this picture of his London office, who were photographed watching the routine.

They were laughing until they cried! he gushed.

Well, any man who can make his mum dance with joy and his staff laugh until the cry is in our good books.
