Casey Kasem to be buried in undisclosed cemetery in Norway
The body of DJ Casey Kasem, who died two months ago in Washington state, is headed to Oslo, Norway, according to a report in the Norwegian newspaper VG.
It was later confirmed by Logan Clarke, a private investigator for Kasem's daughter Kerri Kasem.
According to The Hollywood Reporter (THR), a government official quoted in the Norwegian publication said the burial plans "have been arranged".
But it did no specify which of Oslo's 20 cemeteries and a crematorium was chosen by the former DJ's widow, Jean Kasem, who failed to to reply THR's attempt at contacting her via e-mail.
Her lawyer also declined to comment.
Kasem, who is reportedly worth US$80 million (S$99.5 million), is the father of local Mediacorp DJ Mike Kasem.

The long-awaited burial plans may mark the end of the fight between his wife, Casey's second, and his children (from his first marriage).
It spiralled out of control when Jean took the ailing father-of-four from a Santa Monica hospital to Las Vegas and subsequently Washington State, where Clarke eventually tracked them.
Despite a Tacoma judge's restraining order last month, Jean moved her husband's remains to Montreal, THR wrote.
Billboard reported Danny Deraney, a spokesman for Kerri Kasem as saying that they "don't know what [Jean Kasem's] plans are...We just know that she wants to keep Casey away from (his) family and friends and by the looks of it, hiding from law enforcement".
