Chris Brown may end up in prison for probation violations

With his probation revoked in the Rihanna case, Chris Brown is a free man till March, when he might go to prison.

The singer was present at two nightclubs where people were shot, and officials are worried about more shootings.

Brown showed up for a progress report Thursday (Jan 15), where the judge found he should not have left Los Angeles County to perform in San Jose on January 11 without the court’s permission.

Five people were injured in the shooting that happened in San Jose while Brown was on stage.

Several people were also shot in Aug 2013 at night club 1OAK in Los Angeles, also during a Brown performance.

The judge noted that there is no evidence Brown was criminally involved, but the probation officer said there is a "concern that when he performs or attends at some of his public events, people will get shot or seriously injured".

According to TMZ, the probation officer also said that Chris has previously been arrested twice while on probation.

The probation officer stated that the singer has been neglecting community service and rehabilitation as he's focused too much on his career and should therefore serve time.

It will be decided on March 20 whether Chris has violated his probation and if he has to head to prison.

Meanwhile, with his probation revoked, Chris has been proclaiming his greatness on Twitter, ranking himself after Michael Jackson.
