Bastille Day pulled after attack in Nice

French production company StudioCanal has requested for its action film Bastille Day to be removed from cinemas in France in the wake of last Thursday's terror attack in Nice, out of respect for the victims and their families.

The film is about an attempt to stop a terrorist attack in Paris and stars UK actors Idris Elba and Richard Madden.

The movie opened a day before the attack - when a truck drove into a crowd during France's national Bastille Day, killing 84 people and injuring more than 300 - and has been playing in 230 cinemas in France

The film opened in Singapore in April.

Leo snags new model girlfriend

Leonardo DiCaprio has snagged himself another model girlfriend. This time, it's Danish beauty Nina Agdal.

Photographs emerged of the 41-year-old US actor kissing Agdal, 24, at a beach in Malibu, California, last week.

The pair sparked rumours about their relationship in May this year, when they attended the Cannes Film Festival in France together.

A source told E! News: "She really likes him and hopes she doesn't get hurt."
