New Face 2014: Victoria
Victoria Yue, 20, has been designing clothes for herself and her friends for two years.
She sends her designs to tailors to be sewn.
Though she has not studied fashion design formally, she said: "I get a lot of inspiration from magazines.
"I want to make things that suit me, and for everyone to wear nice clothes."
She wants to study fashion design in university.
Victoria said some people think she is aloof.
She explained: "They may think I am cold when they first meet me but after a while, they will realise I am full of passion."
And she has an adventurous side too.
She enjoys camping on beaches and wants to try living in the wild one day.
"It's a rare thing to do and will test my ability to live on my own."
This year marks The New Paper New Face's 22nd anniversary.
The modelling competition has launched the careers of models, actresses and beauty queens. such as actress Jayley Woo, model Vivien Ong and social media star Velda Tan.
