Rapper Alif from local duo Sleeq to wed on Saturday
Come Saturday (Sept 13) morning, Singapore born-and-bred rapper Alif Abdullah, better known as Alyph, from local duo Sleeq will say "I do" in a ceremony at Gardens by The Bay.
Alyph, who turns 25 next Sunday (Sept 21), is marrying 26-year-old teacher and freelance Suria actress Azzah Fariha.
The couple withstood long-distance relationship after Alyph moved to Malaysia late last year to further his music career.
Alif and music partner-cousin Ahmad Syarifullah are signed with Aaron Aziz’s management and production company Aaron Aziz Productions.
The wedding will also have a dinner reception, themed Shanghai Tang, for friends and family.
The couple got engaged in May last year and have been dating for four years.
