ELLE FANNING (A-)

The Neon Demon premiere in Los Angeles

Gown: Dolce & Gabbana

Here's proof that she isn't stuck in her Disney princess style rut and can basically rock any silhouette, like this glam sparkly floral applique column gown. Fanning has more fierceness in her top knot than other starlets have in their entire beings - and she's only 18. Mark my words, she'll be ruling the world soon.

LUCY LIU (B+)

Tony Awards in New York City

Gown: Zuhair Murad

Yellow appears to be the hue du jour, and Liu wears this shade of pale lemon meringue beautifully. The gown is delicious and delightfully summery.

LAURA PREPON (C)

Orange Is The New Black Season 4 premiere in New York City

Dress: Nha Khanh

Shoes: Cecelia New York

This is all well and good - until we hit the feet. Those white tap-dancing Mary Janes just murdered the entire thing.

EMILY RATAJKOWSKI (D)

Max Mara Celebrates Natalie Dormer - The 2016 Women In Film Max Mara Face Of The Future event in Los Angeles

Pantsuit: Roberto Cavalli

Burnt yellow velvet pyjamas with a top that's too tight and bottoms that desperately need hemming? Ratajkowski is a hard 10, but even the power of her mighty cleavage can't lift this nuttiness beyond a two.

CATE BLANCHETT (F)

Tony Awards in New York City

Dress and shoes: Louis Vuitton

Blanchett has never looked more deranged, to the point of wearing her bra over her outfit. This monstrously patched-together Frankendress is such a walking dead of cursed parts, we need to burn it to the ground and cleanse its wearer of such sartorial desecration

.

MOST IMPROVED

LAVERNE COX

It may have taken a whole week for Cox to go from frightful to fab, but redemption is better late than never. Droopy ruffled saloon drapes are never a good idea, especially when paired with an equally fussy wig. Cox is really at her best when she tones it down and sticks to clean lines. Her metallic champagne separates are chic and classy without an ounce of try-hard.

Orange Is The New Black Season 4 premiere in New York City, June 16
