Many years ago, when Jimmy Fallon and Nicole Kidman were both still single, their mutual friend Rick tried to play matchmaker.
So Kidman ended up visiting Fallon at his apartment.
Only, Fallon was in his baseball cap and sweats, wouldn't talk much and put on a video game. Ouch!
Said Kidman: "So after about an hour and a half, I thought, 'He has no interest. This is so embarrassing'."
Fallon's defence? "I was very nervous" and "I had no clue at all".
So the US TV host basically blew his chance to date Kidman, and didn't even know it.
The two are now happily married (not to each other) and each have kids.
The pair shared this awkward story on this week's episode of the The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
