WATCH: Taylor Swift covers Adele's Someone Like You with fan who has leukemia

Taylor Swift not only surprised a fan of hers while he was recovering from a bone marrow transplant, but also gamely jumped in on a cover of Adele's Someone Like You.

According to the video description, the fan, who's only identified as Ben, said that Swift, 24, asked him to play a song for her when she noticed he had a keyboard in his room.

"This was the most amazing moment in my life being able to accompany Taylor Swift. She is super nice and cordial and probably made everyone's day here at the hospital."

Both Ben and Swift stumbled over piano chords and lyrics respectively, and made it to the end of the first verse before Ben bashfully tells her he's only learned part of the song.

But ever the encouraging one, Swift tells him: "That's beautiful ... you killed that! That's so cool."

You're too cool, T-Swift.
