Yes, the long Chinese New Year weekend is coming to a close.

But that doesn't mean your celebrations have to end. 

Continue the merrymaking at these joints, which have concocted special Chinese New Year cocktails, available through March.

This refreshing drink was created especially for Chinese New Year by bartender Long Yishu.

$22, available until March 5.

Opening hours: Monday to Thursday, 6pm to 1am. Friday to Saturday, 6pm to 3am.

CNY period:  Closed from Feb 18 to 22.

Jekyll and Hyde

The good folks at Jekyll and Hyde have created a creamy concoction inspired by the evergreen snack. 

$23 ($16 during happy hour from 6pm to 8pm). 

Available until end March.

Opening hours: Monday to Saturday, 6pm until late.

CNY period: Closed from Feb 18 to 22. Open from Feb 23 onwards.


The Refinery

Taking inspiration from the streets and culture of Singapore, the folks at The Refinery have incorporated light and refreshing flavours like pineapple into this drink. 

$14, available until March 14.

Opening hours: Tuesday to Thursday, and Sunday, 6pm to midnight. Friday and Saturday, 6pm to 1am.

CNY period: Open from Feb 21 onwards.


Kuvo

Ginseng Gin

​This little beauty is available at Kuvo's cocktail bar, Elixir.

Head bartender Yutaka Nakashima soaks ginseng in gin for three hours to create this brew.

The bar and the restaurant is open throughout the Chinese New Year holidays. 

$24, available until March 5.

Opening hours: Sunday to Thursday, 5pm to 1am. Friday, Saturday & eve of PH, 5pm to 2am.

Salted Egg Yoke Daiquiri

It takes an adventurous bartender to mix salted egg, rum and coconut cream together. But that's exactly what senior bartender Stuart Danker has done. 

The outcome? A creamy drink which balances the kick of rum and the richness of the coconut cream.

$22, available until March 5.
