1. Yum Cha unveils limited-time tea-inspired dim sum menu

Yum Cha is launching an exclusive tea-centric menu this October, featuring dim sum dishes from just $2.50.

Highlights include the Oolong Tea-Marinated Egg, infused with rich tea flavours and glazed in a sweet-savoury sauce, and adorable teapot-shaped baos filled with osmanthus paste - diners can even "peel" open the lid to reveal the edible tea within.

Other standouts are the Crispy Rice with Chinese Sausage in Longjing Tea Broth and Braised Pork Belly with Royal Shui Xian.

The tea-inspired menu will be available from Oct 1 to Nov 30 at Yum Cha Chinatown and Yum Cha Changi City Point.

2. SUN with MOON unveils Kyushu-inspired seasonal menu

SUN with MOON's latest menu celebrates the rich flavours of Kyushu, featuring comforting broths and fresh sashimi.

Savour the restaurant's signature Buri & Shiro-Negi Agodashi Nabe, a warm, flavourful hotpot made with a rich flying-fish broth, or try the crowd-favourite Goma Salmon, a vibrant platter of salmon sashimi dressed in a nutty sesame sauce.

Round off the meal with the Mango Parfait, a refreshing dessert that's perfect for those with a sweet tooth.

The Kyushu-inspired menu will be available from Oct 22 to Dec 16.

3. Rang Mahal reopens at Naumi Hotel Singapore

Step into Rang Mahal's new home at Naumi Hotel Singapore and savour India's culinary heritage.

Begin your journey with nostalgic bites such as Maa's Chilli Cheese Pakoras and Chowpatty Sliders - inspired by vada pav, Mumbai's iconic street snack - before indulging in tandoor-grilled kebabs, hearty curries, and fragrant biryanis.

Choose from a wide range of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, and end on a sweet note with desserts like Lychee Kulfi and Saffron Rasmalai.

This Diwali, Rang Mahal also introduces an Artisanal Gift Box, filled with handcrafted treats and festive delights - with 10 per cent of proceeds going to the Breast Cancer Foundation.

4. Enjoy a free katsu set at Gyukatsu Kyoto Katsugyu

Popular beef cutlet restaurant Gyukatsu Kyoto Katsugyu is serving up a special promotion this October.

From Oct 6 to 31, diners visiting its Raffles City and One Holland Village outlets can enjoy a free meal - simply come in a group of four and say "katsu!" to a staff member to get the fourth gyukatsu set free.

For a classic choice, try the Signature Half-and-Half Gyukatsu Zen set, or indulge in the premium Miyazaki A5 Sirloin.

The promotion runs from Monday to Friday, from opening till 4pm daily.

5. Shihlin Taiwan Street Food debuts chicken rice bowls and limited-edition plushie keychains

Evolving into a full mealtime destination, the brand now serves up two classic Taiwanese favourites - the Braised Chicken Ricebowl and Chiayi Scallion Chicken Ricebowl.

To compliment the hearty bowls, the refreshed menu also features Smashed Cucumber and Oyster Mushroom for a balanced bite.

Adding a playful twist, Shihlin is debuting limited-edition blindbox keychains of its new mascot - a fluffy black cat with a mischievous raised eyebrow.

To mark the reopening of its original NEX outlet, it is also rolling out special promotions.

On October 4 at 12pm, the first 100 customers can tuck into the Braised Chicken Ricebowl for just $1.99 (U.P. $7.50). The celebration continues the next day - on October 5 at 12pm, the first 100 diners can enjoy the Chiayi Scallion Chicken Ricebowl, also at $1.99 (U.P. $7.50).

6. Subway launches refreshed Everyday Value Meal

Subway's Everyday Value Meal is priced at $6.80, offering fan favourites - Egg Mayo, Spicy Beef Taco and Veggie Delite - alongside a new addition: the Chicken Delite Sub.

Packed with savoury chicken, fresh vegetables, and Subway's signature smoky Chipotle Southwest Sauce, this sub is bursting with flavour in every bite.

The Chicken Delite Sub is now available at all participating Subway restaurants across Singapore.

7. Toast Box turns 20 with new flavours and kopi deals

Toast Box is marking its 20th anniversary with new menu creations and special deals.

Look out for the new Boluo buns stuffed with crispy fried chicken, luncheon meat, or sesame-peanut butter, as well as the Soy Series drinks featuring flavours such as Soy Rosie Bandung.

Its signature Kopi remains the highlight, with the popular $98 Kopi Package - which includes 60 cups and two kaya toast sets - making a comeback.

Fans of plushies can look forward to the limited-edition Kopi Kia keychain - a cute collectible available at Toast Box outlets islandwide from Oct 1.

8. Indulge in endless dishes at Kiwami's ramen buffet

Kiwami: Ramen & Gyoza Bar has launched an all-you-can-eat ramen buffet starting from just $28.80, offering more than 25 mains, sides, desserts, and drinks.

Tuck into the signature Premium Kiwami Tonkotsu Ramen, a classic flavour featuring a rich pork bone broth with tender toroniku cha shu. For those who love a spicy kick, try the fiery Premium Mala Ramen for that satisfyingly numbing sensation.

The buffet is available for dine-in at Kiwami's Guoco Tower outlet only, from 5pm to 9.30pm on weekdays, and all day on weekends.

9. Enjoy dishes at Cook & Brew created by chef Nelly Robinson

Australian chef Nelly Robinson and gastro-bar Cook & Brew, located on the 33rd floor of The Westin, have teamed up to bring a touch of his acclaimed Sydney restaurant NEL to Singapore. From now till Oct 11, dishes created by Robinson, known for his whimsical approach to food, will be available at Cook & Brew.

For $88++, Best of Nelly's Set Dinner features a curated selection of his most iconic dishes including crab tarts - poached crab with chilli, lime and brown butter hollandaise - and kingfish tandoori, or 48-hour Japanese amberjack served with smoked yoghurt and prawn soil.

Look out for the biryani shot: naan bread foam served with biryani broth.

An extended menu featuring other dishes by Robinson such as tandoori lamb rack, melting ginger parkin and fish finger sandwich will also be available.

10. A Shanghai affair at Goodwood Park Hotel

Goodwood Park Hotel is turning 125 this year, and Min Jiang is celebrating with a special menu inspired by the streets of Shanghai. Chef Chan Hwan Kee is serving up six dishes that are both traditional and with a creative flair.

Think smoky Shanghainese pomfret, crab roe bisque with potato, lobster bee hoon, and sizzling iberico pork belly in a claypot that's perfect for sharing.

The menu runs from Sept 1 to Oct 31, so round up your foodie friends and get ready for a trip to Shanghai without leaving Orchard Road.
