At Olivia & Co (Suntec City Mall between Tower 1 and 2, Tel: 6337-2518), its Quayside Soft-Shell Crab burger ($23) has crispy tempura battered soft shell crab with sesame slaw and jalapeno mayonnaise on house made brioche buns, with a side of sweet potato fries.
It's a great mix of textures, and who doesn't love soft shell crabs?
