Black Milk Clothing's Dem Guts swimsuit puts the heart, lungs, large intestine and muscle tissue of the human body on display.
The disturbing swimsuit, which retails for $90AUD (S$106), has been selling out fast. Nine of the 12 sizes are already sold out.
Fans of the swimsuit have been posting selfies with the hashtag #bmdemgutsswim.
