Ray J offers sex tape money to Kim Kardashian

Ray J has given Kim Kardashian his share of the 2014 profits from their sex tape as a wedding gift.

According to Contact Music, the 33-year-old singer has offered his former girlfriend and her fiance Kanye West a cheque for almost US$47,000 (S$58,716.70), which is the amount of money he made from the X-rated 'Kim Kardashian Superstar' video - which they filmed when they were dating in 2007 - between January and April this year.

The money made from the video under the deal made with Vivid Entertainment - who say the tape has made an estimated $50 million to date - she is entitled to royalties at least the same as her former lover.

There hasn't been any confirmation as to whether Kim - who has 10-month-old daughter North with US rapper West - will accept the gift, but if she doesn't, the singer has pledged to donate it to her favourite charity.
